A 4-Month Path of Deep Soul Work and Expanded Consciousness

This is not a retreat. It is a complete transformation protocol.


Over four months, you'll move through a carefully sequenced program that blends neuroscience, inner work, heart wisdom, and sacred plant medicine to expand your consciousness and anchor lasting change. Each phase builds on the last — deepening your growth, your awareness, and your relationship with yourself.


The medicine journey is the catalyst. Everything else ensures the transformation holds.

The Program Framework


Over four months, you'll move through a carefully sequenced program that blends neuroscience, inner work, heart wisdom, and sacred plant medicine to expand your consciousness and anchor lasting change. The journey unfolds in four phases — Preparation, Immerse, Integrate, and Embody — each one building on the last, deepening your growth, your awareness, and your relationship with yourself.

  • PHASE 1: PREPARATION


    The real healing begins before you arrive. Preparation is where intention meets groundwork—where you get clear about why you're here, understand the science behind the medicine, and begin to identify and soften the limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck.


    One-on-One Intake & Coaching:


    Your first touchpoint is a personalized intake conversation with me. This isn't generic—it's designed to understand your life, your story, and what you're really seeking beneath the surface.


    Brain Health & Authenticity Assessment:


    Understanding yourself deeply is essential. You'll complete two assessments designed to illuminate where you are right now:


    The Brain Health Assessment gives us insight into your Brain Type identifying your unique cognitive strengths and areas for improvement.


    The Authenticity Assessment reveals how much of your life is being lived from your true self versus the roles and expectations you've inherited. It measures:


    • Your alignment between what you value and how you actually live. 
    • The strength of your connection to your own voice and boundaries
    • How much of your energy goes to seeking approval versus honoring yourself
    • Your capacity to know yourself beneath the masks

    These aren't judgments—they're mirrors. They show you where you are so you know where you're heading.



    Guided Preparation Practices & Exercises:


    In the weeks leading up to your retreat, you'll engage in a series of guided practices designed to quiet your mind and prepare your nervous system.


    Limiting Beliefs Exploration: We identify the hidden stories that have shaped how you see yourself—the "I'm not good enough," "I can't be happy until...," narratives. Using  exercise, you'll bring these beliefs into conscious awareness so the medicine can work with them, not around them.


    Intention Setting: Through guided meditation and journaling, you'll craft a clear, curiosity-driven intention for your journey. Not a demand or expectation, but an openness to what wants to be revealed.


    Self-Care Mapping: We create a personalized list of practices that ground you—the people, activities, and sensations that help you feel safe and tended to. You'll return to this after your journey.


    Fears & Worries Acknowledgment: What concerns do you carry? By naming them now, we create space for them, rather than letting them lurk unconsciously during your experience.



    By the time you arrive, your mind has already begun its work. You're not starting from zero—you're arriving prepared, clear, and ready.



  • PHASE 2: IMMERSE

    This is the sacred container. The medicine itself—the psilocybin-guided experience—is only one part of a carefully held, personalized journey designed to open you to expanded awareness and ego dissolution.


    The Personalized Guided Experience:


    You don't arrive and disappear into a generic retreat. Instead, you'll experience a customized psilocybin journey that honors everything we learned about you in Preparation:


    Pre-Journey Ritual: We begin with grounding, intention-setting, and nervous system preparation so your body knows it's safe to surrender.


    The Medicine Session:  In a beautifully held sacred container, with my presence and expertise, you'll ingest psilocybin and enter expanded states of awareness. The medicine itself is the guide—I'm here to hold space, to ensure safety, and to remain present as you dissolve old patterns and touch the unified field of consciousness.


    Post-Journey Integration Immediately After:  The hours right after your journey are critical. We'll gently ground you back into your body, begin light journaling of key images or insights, and create the first thread of meaning-making.



    This is the doorway. What happens next is where transformation takes root.

  • PHASE 3: INTEGRATE

    Integration is where the real work happens. This is the period of neuroplasticity—when your brain is most malleable and eager to rewire—and we use it strategically to anchor insight into behavior and biology.


    Making Meaning of the Experience: In the days and weeks immediately following your journey, we'll work together to process what you experienced:


    Detailed Reflection: You'll explore what happened in the journey—not to intellectualize it, but to notice what wants to be understood. What images or sensations stick with you? What felt alive?


    Distilling Key Insights: Using guided questions, we'll identify the three to five core insights that feel most important.


    Connecting to Your Life: Perhaps you had a breakthrough about perfectionism, or a profound sense of unity, or a recognition that you've been abandoning yourself. How does this insight apply to the specific situations you're navigating—your career, your relationships, your sense of purpose?



    Insight only becomes transformation when it's anchored — this is where that anchoring begins.


  • PHASE 4: EMBODY

    Embodiment is about translating insight into identity. This phase lasts months and extends beyond our formal work together, but I've given you tools that become lifelong.


    Creating New Neural Pathways Through Neuroplasticity: Your brain is now in a window of heightened plasticity. For the next 30 days, we capitalize on this:


    Daily Anchoring Practices: You'll engage in small, consistent practices that reinforce the neural pathways your experience opened.


    Habit Design: Rather than overwhelming you, we'll identify one to three new behaviors—small, specific, and tied directly to your insights—that become your daily practice. These are seeds. Repetition makes them roots.


    Emotional Processing: Intense emotions often arise after a journey—grief, tenderness, joy, fear. Rather than suppressing them, we'll learn to metabolize them. Emotions are messengers. They're showing you what needs attention.


    Defining Success on Your Own Terms: No more external definitions. You'll get radically honest about what actually matters to you—what fulfillment looks like when it's your design.


    Decision-Making Aligned with Values: Every choice—who you spend time with, what work you pursue, how you spend your energy—becomes an act of honoring yourself.


    Creating Sustainable Change: It's not about willpower or perfection. It's about small, repeated actions that compound into a transformed life.



    Ongoing Support:


    Even after formal coaching ends, you're not abandoned. Many clients choose to continue periodic sessions—monthly or quarterly—to deepen the work, navigate challenges, and ensure integration stays rooted. The medicine's teaching doesn't end; it evolves as you do.


The Medicine Journey

Nestled in the natural beauty of British Columbia, your medicine experience is a sacred immersion designed to expand awareness, deepen healing, and awaken your inner wisdom. Surrounded by forest, mountains, and stillness, this is where science, spirit, and nature come together.


Your well-being is our highest priority. We conduct comprehensive suitability assessments and follow rigorous safety protocols — not to create barriers, but to ensure that when you arrive, you can surrender fully into the experience, knowing you are completely held.


Arrival
Your journey begins with a gentle grounding into the space. Through breathwork, intention-setting, and mindfulness, you'll prepare your mind, body, and spirit for what lies ahead — arriving not just physically, but fully.


The Medicine Ceremony
This is the heart of the journey — a sacred experience of expansion, insight, and awakening. Your individual psilocybin ceremony unfolds at your own pace, supported by Cindy's presence, compassion, and care. Each journey is unique, allowing you to access the wisdom within, release what no longer serves you, and connect to deeper layers of truth and love.


Integration Begins
The 24 to 72 hours following a medicine journey open a profound biological window of peak neuroplasticity. By actively working with your insights while the brain is uniquely primed for change, you effectively rewrite deeply ingrained neuropathways and anchor a fresh blueprint for the mind.


Embodiment

True transformation requires moving these cognitive insights out of the mind and into your daily life. While neuroplasticity provides the opening, embodiment utilizes  tools—thought work, meditation, nervous system regulation,and mindful movement—to stabilize those changes into lasting patterns of health, healing, and awareness.

Program Investment


Individual Program — $4,750


A deeply personal, one-on-one 4-month journey tailored entirely to you. Includes private coaching sessions, your personalized Brain Health Assessment, access to The Awakened Journey digital portal, and one private guided psilocybin ceremony in British Columbia.




Luxury Group Retreat —

$8,995 per person


Everything in the Individual Program, plus 4 nights in a luxury mountain setting in interior BC, all meals, round-trip transport from the local airport, group circles, bodywork, nature immersion, and two guided psilocybin ceremonies shared with an intimate circle of 2–3 women.


Travel to and from BC is not included in either program fee. Payment plans are available upon request.
